Our popular Chinese is available in three sizes; 4.5kg, 8kg and 12.5kg and the Hot & Spicy, Madras and Japanese are available in a 4.5kg bucket.
A little concentrate goes a long way with a yield of approximately x100 7oz cups from a 4.5kg bucket of concentrate.

concentrate is specially blended to give a delicious classic,
mild, creamy, smooth, authentic curry sauce which appeals

and we created a full flavoured curry sauce using a
traditional mix of Madras spices for a more robust, spicy

Japanese CURRY SAUCE CONCENTRATE
This sauce has a distinctive sweetness which comes from
natural spices such as Cinnamon, Star Anise and Nutmeg.
The spices are clean and build slowly to a mild heat for a
smooth, luxuriously velvety sauce. More well known as the
sauce served with Chicken Katsu curry in popular
Japanese restaurants and other eateries.
